Job summary

Morgan McKinley in Drogheda is seeking an Engineering Project Coordinator on a fixed-term maternity cover to support a significant capital investment programme across the site. You will coordinate governance, reporting and financial tracking to keep the project portfolio organized and moving forward.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in project coordination or similar technical environment.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Engineering CAPEX register and project portfolio tracker.
• Monitor and report on project status, timelines, actions, risks and budget position.
• Coordinate project meetings, review sessions and stakeholder updates.
• Track actions and follow up with project owners to ensure deadlines are met.
• Prepare project reports, governance updates, meeting packs and approval documentation.
• Maintain project records, change logs, approval documentation and project schedules.
• Track project expenditure against approved budgets and elevate variances where required.
• Support procurement activities and collaboration with Finance on OPEX/CAPEX reporting.
