Qualifications

• 7+ years of engineering experience.
• 3+ years in engineering team management with coaching and career development.
• Knowledge of full software/hardware/networks SDLC including coding standards, reviews, SCM, builds, testing and live-site operations.
• Experience using AI-assisted technologies to accelerate engineering workflows and decision-making.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, reporting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a mid-sized team of SDEs to deliver features and projects for SES.
• Architect, build and operate large-scale web and distributed systems with fault tolerance.
• Foster a culture of AI-first problem solving, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
• Manage on-call responsibilities and drive incident resolution.
