Job summary

Qualifications

• Professional software development experience (non-internship).
• Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent.
• Experience with AWS services and building scalable systems.
• Experience designing reliable, scalable architectures.
• Experience automating and supporting large-scale infrastructure.
• Proficient in at least one modern language (Python, Java, etc.).
• CI/CD pipelines and automation experience.
• 3+ years in systems development.
• Experience with IaC/configuration-as-code.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers and stakeholders to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
• Design, build, and integrate AI/ML features into mailbox/messaging platforms using AWS.
• Translate complex requirements into architecture and design.
• Use AI-assisted tooling to accelerate delivery and improve quality.
• Lead code reviews, automation, and operational excellence across services.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and on-call support.
• Stay current with AI/ML tech and apply new models and tools.
• Own and develop your team's products and services.
