Job summary

the company in Cork is seeking an Engineering Manager to join the Atlas organization and help build Atlas Data Federation & Archiving in the Dublin area. Hybrid or in-office work is available for candidates based in Cork.

You will lead a team, contribute to code and design, work with stakeholders on the roadmap, and collaborate with customers on issues while participating in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of professional software development experience.
• At least 3 years of people management experience.
• Led engineering teams that built and maintained large scale systems.
• Experience with Go, Java, C# or similar for backend services.
• Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP and cloud storage primitives (S3, GCS, Azure Blob).
• Hands-on with petabyte-scale data infrastructure or storage.
• Excellent communication and collaborative mindset.
