• Experience leading engineers, as a manager or tech lead.
• Hands-on security experience: secure development, vulnerability fixes.

Responsibilities

• Build an AI-driven SOC that monitors, triages, investigates, and responds with minimal human toil.
• Own detection engineering: detection-as-code, testing, tuning.
• Ensure automation has guardrails, audit trails, and escalation paths.
• Collaborate with incident response and threat intel to harden infrastructure and products.
• Hire, grow, and retain a high-performing security engineering team.
• Define team priorities and scale towards follow-the-sun coverage.
