Job summary

Dublin City Council Culture Company is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead Culture Club and Culture Club Projects, line-manage two Coordinators, and develop accessible cultural programmes across Dublin.

Reporting to the Director of Engagement, you will build partnerships with communities and cultural partners, analyse feedback, and align activities with the company’s goals. Hybrid working arrangements apply.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years experience of managing and delivering cultural engagement programmes.
• A minimum of 2 years experience of line management.
• Experience developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with cultural organisations.

Responsibilities

• Line manage the two Engagement Coordinators and support their development.
• Lead the development and delivery of Culture Club and Culture Club Projects.
• Develop new opportunities with cultural partners to enable participation.
• Collaborate with the Director of Engagement to align programmes with company goals.
