Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the site's sustainability and environmental strategy with plant leadership.
• Design, coordinate and implement environmental/sustainability programs meeting regulatory obligations and company policies.
• Advise on energy/environmental matters, guiding corrective action and operational excellence.
• Develop and maintain ISO 14001, ISO 50001, AWS and related standards compliance.
• Review risk assessments and drive action plans to address risks and opportunities.
• Develop annual sustainability program with cross-functional teams; monitor progress.
• Deliver energy/water/waste metrics reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead decarbonization initiatives including renewable energy adoption and scope 3 reductions.
• Lead investigations of environmental incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Provide training on environmental topics and build capabilities across the organization.
• Support water management roadmap, CAPEX planning, and water-reduction initiatives.
• Coordinate with global Environment Network to influence local/global sustainability guidelines.

Education

Bachelor's /Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering, Environmental Science or Environmental Engineering/Management
