Job summary

Qualifications

• 3rd-level qualification in engineering or related discipline, or equivalent pharma experience.
• 7+ years in facilities, utilities, energy management, or engineering in regulated manufacturing.
• Leadership experience managing matrixed teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, energy efficiency, ISO 50001, GMP, and EHS.

Responsibilities

• Lead all facilities, utilities, and energy management activities for the site.
• Ensure operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of utilities; drive compliance and excellence.
• Head the Energy Management Programme, align with ISO 50001 and GMP operations.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and execute cost-reduction projects.
• Act as Business Continuity Coordinator, represent the site globally and promote energy awareness.

About Your New Job

• As the Facilities, Utilities & Energy Manager, you will lead all facilities, utilities, and energy management activities for the site.

What Skills You Need
