Job summary

Sherpa Kids is hiring part-time Childcare Assistants to support Before School, After School, and Holiday Club programs in Ireland. You will supervise children, help with homework, and participate in a variety of activities both indoors and outdoors, bringing energy and enthusiasm to every session.

The role focuses on creating a safe, inclusive environment while working on-site at schools. Garda vetting and written references are required after interview, with compensation listed as EUR 15–EUR

Qualifications

• Experience working with school-aged children
• Basic knowledge of child development
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written

Responsibilities

• Supervise children during activities and free play

• Bring lots of energy and enthusiasm to work with children
