Job summary

NHS Highland's Endoscopy department invites applications for an Admin Team Manager to lead the administrative booking team and support clinical activity across Endoscopy sites.

The postholder will be responsible for day-to-day admin management, analysing demand and capacity, monitoring waiting times and ensuring governance frameworks are followed, with a focus on delivering timely patient pathways.

Qualifications

• Proven analytical, organisational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience with NHS clinical systems is advantageous.
