Job summary

Jobtailor in Ireland seeks a senior Supply Chain leader to mature the End-to-End Operating model under the guidance of the End-to-End Supply Chain Leader. You will lead a cross-functional team, drive the Product Strategy Roadmap, and ensure timely portfolio prioritization and optimization.

Responsibilities include developing data-driven insights, coordinating across functions, and enabling rapid issue resolution for supply and quality events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of related experience in Supply Chain, R&D, or Commercial functions.
• 4+ years in cross-functional collaboration
• 2+ years in project management

Responsibilities

• Mature the End-to-End Operating model under guidance of E2E SC Leader.
• Lead the Supply Chain Team with flexibility.
• Deliver Product Strategy Roadmap and Portfolio optimization.
• Measure and analyze supply chain performance; develop data-driven insights.
• Develop and refresh PSR with cross-functional needs and priorities.
• Drive prioritization of the Supply Chain project portfolio and build business cases.
• Resolve critical supply and quality events and coordinate senior leadership communications.
• Publish and promote Supply Chain performance with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Optimize end-to-end cost and inventory, coordinating with marketing, regulatory, R&D and technical groups.
