Job summary

Bluecrux is seeking a Program Director E2E Planning Transformations to design and lead large-scale supply chain transformation programs. You will set up end-to-end transformation efforts, define processes, guide customers through planning journeys, and ensure changes stick across process, people, data and systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a consulting organisation delivering large-scale supply chain and operations transformations.
• Experience leading end-to-end transformation programs with system implementation components.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end supply chain transformation programs for clients.
• Define program workstreams, allocate resources and skills across client and vendor sides.
• Align customers and partners on methodology and approach for transformation programs.
• Coach and develop the client and Bluecrux teams to deliver the playbook and capabilities.
• Organise client workshops to surface needs and challenges in planning and broader supply chain.
• Report progress at steerco level and to consulting management, ensuring alignment and risk mitigation.
