Sunbeam House Services in Bray, Co. Wicklow, is seeking a qualified Social Care Worker to join our residential services. You will support clients to achieve personal outcomes, build potential, and develop positive roles at home and in the community.

Working hours include day shifts, sleepovers, weekends and unsociable hours. Applicants must have QQI Level 7 in Social Care or CORU-validated qualifications, be registered or eligible for CORU, and hold a full driving license.

Competenze

• Hold QQI Level 7 in Social Care or international equivalent.
• Registered with CORU or eligible for CORU registration.
• Full driving licence and willingness to drive location vehicles.
• One year post-qualification experience with adults with intellectual disability.
• Ability to work flexibly across a seven-day roster.

• Facilitate person-centred support aligned to client wishes and goals.
• Promote rights, dignity, and privacy for service users.
• Identify new interests and meaningful roles in the community.
• Support health, personal care, and life skills teaching.
