Job summary

Sunbeam House Services in Wicklow is seeking a qualified Social Care Worker for a permanent part-time role (48 hours per month) in our residential services. You will support clients to achieve personal outcomes, build on potential, and promote independence.

Working hours are variable, including day shifts, sleepovers, weekends and unsociable hours. Applicants must meet CORU/QQI requirements and be committed to rights-based, person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Hold QQI Level 7 in Social Care or foreign equivalent (validated by QQI).
• Registered with the Social Care Workers Registration Board maintained by CORU.
• OR CORU-Approved Social Care Worker qualification and have applied for CORU Registration (evidence required).
• OR Eligible for registration with the Social Care Workers Registration Board maintained by CORU (evidence required).
