Health Service Executive in Cork invites applications for a Day Service Support Worker to be responsive to both service and individual needs within the day service team. Responsabilités

• Be responsive to service and individual needs within the day service team.
• Enhance day service provision by creating opportunities for adults with ID to have meaningful interactions.
• Advocate for persons less able to voice preferences and promote inclusion and accessibility.
• Ensure activities align with expressed preferences, capabilities and New Directions guidelines.
