Job summary

Portfolio Group is seeking an Employment Law Business Partner to join a global HR consultancy in Dublin city center. Onsite five days a week, you will provide HR and Employment Law advice to clients, own cases to resolution, and build rapport with stakeholders.

You’ll log cases, deliver training, support contracts and handbooks, meet KPIs, and contribute to a high-standard client experience. The role offers up to €60,000 EUR per year DOE plus benefits, with 25 days holidays and additional

• Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to translate complex information into practical guidance.
• Strong focus on delivering a high-quality client experience.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities within SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, commercially focused HR and employment law advice to clients.
• Own cases to resolution and maintain rapport with clients on each interaction.
• Log advice and case details accurately in the internal system.
• Provide clients with supporting information/documentation as needed.
• Ensure advice aligns with client HR documentation and internal policies.
• Assist with updating employment contracts and handbooks where required.
• Produce daily and weekly reports for management.
