Job summary

Verve is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition/Employer Branding professional to shape and execute our employer branding strategy in Ireland. You will manage brand presence on major platforms and collaborate with HR, Marketing, and business leaders to create compelling content.

You will lead internal initiatives, support EVP campaigns, and coordinate recruitment branding for events. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and end-to-end recruitment experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, or both.
• Experience developing employer branding across multiple channels.
• Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and employer branding platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's employer branding strategy across digital and offline channels.
• Manage and optimize the company's employer brand presence on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other platforms.
• Create engaging employer branding content with HR, Marketing, and stakeholders.
• Plan and deliver internal employer branding initiatives to strengthen culture and engagement.
• Support internal campaigns reinforcing the employee value proposition (EVP).
• Plan and coordinate employer branding campaigns for recruitment events and talent communities.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for selected roles with a focus on candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and attract high-quality talent.
• Track employer branding and recruitment metrics and provide actionable insights.
