Murphy is seeking an Emerging Talent & Engineering Advisor to join the People Team in Ireland. This role supports engineers and graduates, overseeing development activities and ensuring a positive, well‑supported experience across our emerging talent programmes.

You will collaborate with engineering leads, hiring managers and the Talent & Development Business Partner to plan intakes, manage onboarding and drive continuous improvement in talent development initiatives.

Formación

• Degree in HR, L&D, Talent Development or related discipline.
• Experience managing and delivering development programmes.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an emerging talent, HR/People Advisory, Learning & Development or similar role.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage several workstreams and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of accuracy in documentation and data.

Responsabilidades

• Own and coordinate emerging talent programmes across graduates, apprentices, interns and students.
• Lead graduate and apprentice check-ins, analyse feedback and turn themes into improvement actions.
• Plan intakes and manage recruitment journey from application through to onboarding, including shortlisting, interviews and offers.
• Advise Engineering Leads on development, mentoring and professional growth initiatives.
• Maintain the Engineering Skills Matrix and CPD Register every 6 months and identify gaps.
• Support Engineers Ireland accreditation submissions and ongoing compliance requirements.
