Job summary

Stantec is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join its Water Sector team in Ireland. Based in Dublin or Galway, you will support the delivery of multidisciplinary water infrastructure projects, coordinating with engineers, contractors and clients to keep programmes on time and within budget.

You'll assist with planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management and ensuring compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards, while building strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management or engineering in water/utilities.
• Strong planning, budgeting, scheduling and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with the project manager, engineers and contractors to deliver capital projects on time and on budget.
• Assist with planning, scheduling, tracking budgets and milestones, and managing risks.
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Support client-facing activities and maintain stakeholder satisfaction.
