Tetra Tech Ireland is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO). You will support Project Managers across multidisciplinary engineering projects, contributing to cost control, scheduling, and performance reporting while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic, client-facing environment.

This early-career role emphasizes learning and development, with mentoring from senior PMs and exposure to Earned Value, forecasting, and risk identification.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or higher diploma in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in engineering, construction, infrastructure or design consultancy.
• Internship, graduate or early-career experience in project management or project controls.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project or similar scheduling tool.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day support to Project Managers and PMO for project delivery.
• Assist with cost management, budgeting and forecasting.
• Develop and monitor project schedules and progress reporting.
• Coordinate resource planning and supplier/contractor programmes.
• Analyse project data to identify risks and performance issues.
