Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Extensive post-qualification leadership in multi-country, multi-entity finance.
• Proven track record in financial control and global shared services.
• Experience in treasury, liquidity and cashflow management.
• Expert in finance transformation, automation and high-volume platforms.
• Strong governance, risk management and internal controls knowledge.
• Proven people leadership with distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of financial control, shared services, treasury governance and finance transformation for the EMEA region.
• Ensure the finance team operates in a controlled, scalable manner to support growth and transformation.
• Drive continual improvement across legal entities and partner with Shared Service Centre leadership.
• Own banking strategy, working capital, operational excellence, risk management and transformation initiatives.
