Job summary

Bio-Techne in Dublin is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support the Dublin Distribution Centre and the wider EMEA Supply Chain through accurate data analysis, reporting and problem solving. The role converts data into actionable insights and collaborates across Distribution Centre, Purchasing, Intercompany Supply Chain, Customer Service, Sales, Finance, Trade Compliance, Quality and IT/ERP teams.

This is a hands-on, site-based role requiring strong analytical skills and practical understanding

Qualifications

• Strong analytical capability with practical understanding of warehouse, order fulfilment and ERP processes.
• Ability to convert supply chain data into clear, actionable information.
• Experience with data reporting and performance monitoring in a supply chain context.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, validate and maintain daily, weekly and monthly supply chain reports and dashboards.
• Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, backlog, inventory availability and throughput.
• Investigate late, blocked or unfulfilled orders and identify root causes.
• Support management reporting including monthly reviews and quarterly performance updates.
• Analyse inventory levels, demand history and stock coverage to support replenishment decisions.
• Provide on-site analytical support to the Dublin DC and resolve data/process issues.
