Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support capital, infrastructure, laboratory, workplace, and technical facilities projects across EMEA. Based in Dublin, Ireland or Cambridge, UK, the role partners with leaders, facilities, engineering, consultants, and contractors to plan and execute projects across countries and jurisdictions.

The candidate will manage day-to-day client interactions, oversee budgets and schedules, and ensure compliance with local regulations,

Qualifications

• Experience managing infrastructure, laboratory, or facilities projects across multiple countries.
• Ability to evaluate requests, define scope, budget, and delivery approach.
• Strong communication with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client interactions, relationships, and expectations.
• Coordinate stakeholders across multiple countries and cultures while maintaining consistent project execution and communication.
• Navigate varying regulatory, planning, health and safety, and building code requirements throughout EMEA.
• Travel regularly throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa to support project delivery.
