Vantive is a vital organ therapy company driving dialysis innovations. We seek a Manager, IT – MES EMEA Leader to lead the MES team across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

You will drive the regional MES roadmap, ensure compliant, scalable solutions, and partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering and IT to deliver strategic technology initiatives. You will combine strong people leadership with MES delivery expertise, manage vendor relationships, and drive standardisation and governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, Automation or related discipline.
• 5+ years IT experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading multi-location teams.
• Experience delivering medium-to-large manufacturing IT projects.
• Knowledge of MES, manufacturing processes and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the EMEA MES team across locations.
• Drive the EMEA MES roadmap aligned with global IT and manufacturing strategies.
• Ensure MES solutions are stable, compliant and scalable across sites.
• Oversee MES implementations, upgrades, and lifecycle activities.
• Lead technology projects with defined scope, resources and risks.
• Translate business needs into technology solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Manage relationships with vendors, system integrators and service providers.
• Drive standardisation and continuous improvement in MES delivery.
• Ensure adherence to IT, cybersecurity, validation and data integrity requirements.
