Job summary

Responsibilities

• Analyse regulatory and compliance obligations and translate them into structured IT change requirements.
• Lead structured discovery sessions with compliance, legal, business, and technical stakeholders.
• Log every decision in a structured decision register and maintain scope boundaries.
• Produce acceptance criteria in a testable format for verifiability.
• Coordinate requirements across EMEA country teams and manage cross-country dependencies.
• Collaborate with architects, delivery managers and QA to inform planning and testing.
