Job summary

Aviva in Dublin is seeking a Solutions Architect for the EU AML Regulations Programme on a 12-month contract. You will lead end-to-end architectures across applications, data, APIs and SaaS platforms, bridging business needs and technical delivery in a fast-paced, multi-vendor environment.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure security, regulatory compliance (GDPR), and operational resilience. You will produce High-Level and Low-Level designs, govern architecture, and support Agile delivery

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise transformations.
Strong background in enterprise app architecture including Java and APIs.
Experience designing integrated solutions across multiple systems and platforms.
Knowledge of GDPR and regulatory compliance in financial services.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Define end-to-end solution architectures across application, data, API, and technology layers.
Produce HLDs and LLDs with high quality design documentation.
Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and target-state architecture.
Lead technical design discussions with vendors and stakeholders.
Provide architectural governance including reviews and assurance activities.
Ensure security, compliance, resilience, performance, and maintainability requirements.
