Job summary

Securitas in Dublin, Ireland, seeks a Regional HR Business Partner 2 (EMEA) to partner with senior leaders across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will design and drive HR strategies for a global datacenter account, aligning with PMO and client expectations while managing recruitment, performance and engagement.

The role requires 5+ years HR experience, a Bachelor’s degree in HR, and up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• We need at least 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Background in operations management and data center or security vendor environments is desirable.
• Travel up to 25% internationally and/or domestically; may work outside regular hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives for the EMEA region.
• Advise on all people matters while aligning with global account standards.
• Lead workforce planning, succession, performance management and leadership development.
• Analyze turnover, time to fill and other metrics to drive improvements.
