Job summary

Amazon Energy Eoraip Limited is seeking a Grid Analyst to drive programme visibility and analytics for Europe, the Middle East and Africa energy infrastructure powering AWS data centres. You will own the programme rhythm—aggregating data from multiple streams, building dashboards that surface risks, and delivering a single leadership view of cost, schedule and capacity across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration or related field.
• Strong leader who can prioritise well and influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience building relationships with internal and external partners.
• Experience working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
• Experience in business intelligence and analytics.
• 5+ years of experience in programme management, energy infrastructure, or a related coordination role.

Responsibilities

• Support and collaborate with cross-functional teams on the day-to-day programme management and reporting across the portfolio of infrastructure power delivery projects.
• Enable effective decision making by managing datasets and KPIs from multiple sources to provide a single source of truth on status, cost, capacity and dates.
• Develop and oversee continual process improvements related to operational efficiency and team effectiveness.
• Facilitate meetings by managing agendas, scheduling, minutes, and action-item follow-through.
• Coordinate and report on capex/programme implications.
• Design and develop reporting dashboards and automated solutions using Smartsheet and QuickSight.
