Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Director of LV/Fiber Deployment to drive end-to-end rollout of low-voltage and fiber infrastructure across data centers, edge, and network facilities. You will own planning, budgets, and delivery, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time handoffs to operations.

This role leads regional/global programs, builds high-performing teams of deployment managers and field engineers, and partners across design, construction, network, and supply chain to deliver production-ready

Qualifications

• 10+ years in physical infrastructure deployment or data centers.
• 5+ years leading multi-site teams and complex programs.
• Experience with hyperscale cloud or AI infrastructure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional or global deployment programs for structured cabling and low-voltage systems.
• Build and lead deployment managers, field engineers, and vendors.
• Own deployment planning, budgets, schedules, and executive reporting.
• Partner with design, construction, network engineering, and operations teams.
• Establish standardized deployment playbooks and quality controls.
• Oversee installation partners, vendors, and performance management.
• Ensure materials, permits, test equipment, and documentation are ready.
• Oversee fiber testing, labeling, and as-built records.
• Lead complex retrofits and live-site deployments safely.
• Define deployment KPIs and improve readiness and time-to-service.
• Identify risks early and drive escalation paths.
