Job summary

Eliason Corporation seeks an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee management, negotiation and administration of contracts across multiple European projects. You will ensure compliance with legal standards, minimize risks, and foster strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, clients, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years experience in the industry.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree in engineering, construction or related field.
• Fluency in English is required: proficiency in other European languages is an advantage.
• Proven experience in negotiating & managing complex contracts.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong understanding of contract law, employment law, compliance and regulatory frameworks across Europe.
• Able to effectively locate, communicate, and document information.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, contract management software, ability to navigate BIM & interperate technical drawings.
• Able to learn Manufacturing/ERP system, and CAD Viewing programs.
• Ability to travel to project sites as necessary.
• Full Clean drivers license.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to handle high-pressure situations.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead the negotiation, drafting, and review of contracts with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Ensure contracts are aligned with the company’s objectives and legal standards, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
• Manage and track contract performance, ensuing all obligations are met in a timely manner.
• Lead efforts to resolve any contractual issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Work closely with internal departments including engineering, sales, finance, supply chain and project management, to ensure smooth contract execution and resolution of any issues.
