Senneca is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee negotiations, drafting, and administration of contracts across Europe. You will ensure compliance with laws and standards, manage risks, and maintain clear contract documentation while coordinating with engineering, sales, finance and project teams.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of contract experience, a degree in engineering or construction, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

5–7 years experience in contracts within the industry.
Bachelor’s or associate degree in engineering or construction.
Fluency in English; other European languages are an advantage.
Proven experience negotiating and managing complex contracts.
Strong communication skills and understanding of contract law and compliance across Europe.
Ability to travel to project sites and hold a full clean driver’s license.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and contract management software; BIM and CAD literacy.
Ability to locate, communicate, and document information effectively.

Responsabilités

Lead the negotiation, drafting, and review of contracts with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
Ensure contracts align with objectives and legal standards, identifying risks and opportunities.
Manage and track contract performance, ensuring obligations are met on time.
Ensure compliance with European regulations, laws, and industry standards.
Maintain accurate contract records and documentation.
Develop relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
Prepare regular reports on contract status and risk to senior management.
Suggest improvements to contract processes and policies to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
