The Business Recruiter role focuses on sourcing, screening, and advising on recruitment while maintaining a candidate-centric experience and driving pipeline quality as Harvey scales its team globally.

• Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop comprehensive recruiting strategies.
• Proactively source and screen candidates via job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Provide regular feedback to hiring managers and HR, and prepare recruitment reports and metrics.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
• Leverage recruitment data to improve the hiring process and inform decisions.
• Actively work toward creating a diverse workforce through inclusive recruitment practices.
