Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Kimchi Sales Engineer in Ireland to drive adoption of an enterprise AI coding platform across EMEA. You will lead technical evaluations and proofs of concept that demonstrate measurable value in real customer environments.

You will work with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, platform leaders, and senior developers, translating complex technology into compelling business outcomes and owning regional go-to-market initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical sales roles or solutions architecture.
• Ability to lead proofs of concept and evaluate AI tooling in customer environments.
• Experience discussing model routing, context management, and developer workflows with technical buyers.
• Comfort navigating security reviews, data residency, and enterprise architecture gates.

Responsibilities

• Own technical wins: lead fast, scoped POCs from architecture discussions through evaluation.
• Lead technical conversations with engineers and platform leaders on model routing and workflows.
• Design and run rigorous evaluations comparing tools on accuracy, cost, latency, and developer experience.
