JM Group in Ballymount, Dublin 12, is seeking a reliable Embroidery & Printing Machine Operator to join our production team. You will operate embroidery and garment printing machinery and ensure orders are produced accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard, including packing and order preparation.

Responsibilities

  • Operate embroidery and garment printing machinery in line with production requirements.
  • Set up and run machines according to approved artwork and job specifications.
  • Produce embroidered and printed garments accurately and efficiently.
  • Inspect garments for quality, including positioning, colours, sizing, and quantities.
  • Carry out basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance.
  • Identify and report machine faults and production issues in a timely manner.
  • Minimise production errors, material waste, and rework.
  • Fold, label, and pack completed orders for dispatch or collection.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe production environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with the production team to meet customer deadlines.
  • Perform other reasonable production duties as required.
