Job summary

Uniphar Group in Dublin's Citywest site is seeking a Maintenance Technician on a 3-shift cycle (5/7, 37.5 hours) to join our Maintenance team. The role requires a qualified electrician with the ability to perform routine and emergency mechanical and electrical maintenance, troubleshooting and improving maintenance routines.

You will work with automated conveyor equipment, motor maintenance, and building services, with training provided.

This role is based onsite in our warehouse in Citywest, Dublin.

Here at Uniphar we are looking for an enthusiastic team member to join our Maintenance team as a Maintenance Technician(3 shift cycle 5/7, 37.5 hours)in our Citywest site inDublin.

For this role we need someone who has the ability to work cross functionally and is able to build strong working relationships. Someone who is a qualified electrician.

Duties and responsibilities:

As ourMaintenance Technician, you will perform routine and emergency mechanical and electrical maintenance. With training provided, you will troubleshoot all plant equipment and prescribe required maintenance to assure satisfactory operation with minimum downtime. Must have a strong technical backgroundand the ability to work as part of a team and independently. Along with this you will need to be able to demonstrate ability in:

• Maintenance and repair of automated conveyor equipment, strapping, printing, and labelling equipment
• Motor maintenance and replacement
• Review and improve maintenance routines
• Troubleshooting using diagnostic tools

Desirable:

• Fridge and freezer coldroom experience
• Building services and facilities, including HVAC systems, pumps, burners, sprinklers
• Pneumatic experience
• Scanners, sensors, profibus, Siemens Simatic
• IT literacy an adavantage (Wordl Excel, Microsoft Office)
