Job summary

Uniphar is seeking a Maintenance Technician for its Citywest, Dublin site. The role is onsite in our warehouse with a 3 shift cycle (5/7, 37.5 hours) and involves mechanical and electrical maintenance within a fast-moving environment.

You will diagnose issues, perform routine maintenance, and contribute to minimizing downtime. Ideal candidates are qualified electricians with strong technical backgrounds, capable of working both in teams and independently, and familiar with conveyor systems,

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified electrician with strong technical skills.
• Experience with mechanical and electrical maintenance in industrial environments.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency mechanical and electrical maintenance.
• Troubleshoot plant equipment and prescribe required maintenance.
• Maintain conveyor equipment, strapping, printing, and labelling equipment.
• Motor maintenance and replacement.
• Review and improve maintenance routines.
• Troubleshooting using diagnostic tools.
