Job summary

Fruition Group Ireland's Dublin client is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our onsite maintenance team in a busy automated warehouse environment. The role focuses on electrical and mechanical maintenance, fault-finding and ensuring high equipment reliability.

You will perform planned, preventive and reactive maintenance on conveyor systems and related equipment, work a 3-shift cycle across five days, and collaborate with operations to minimise downtime while maintaining safety

Qualifications

• Electrical qualifications and hands-on mechanical maintenance experience.
• Experience maintaining plant, machinery or automated equipment.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a maintenance team.
• Flexible to 3-shift cycle across 5 days over 7.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned, preventative and reactive electrical and mechanical maintenance.

• Maintain strapping, printing and labelling equipment.
• Carry out motor maintenance, fault finding and replacement.
• Troubleshoot equipment using diagnostic tools.
• Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement effective repairs.
• Review and improve preventative maintenance routines.
• Support continuous improvements to equipment reliability and performance.
• Work closely with operational and technical teams to minimise downtime.
• Complete all maintenance activities in accordance with relevant quality and safety procedures.

My Dublin based client is recruiting for a Electro Mechanical Technician to join the team this role is fully onsite.

An opportunity is available for an experienced Electro-Mechanical Technician to join an established maintenance team within a busy automated warehouse and distribution environment.

The successful candidate will have a strong electrical background, ideally as a qualified electrician, combined with hands-on mechanical maintenance and fault-finding experience.

The role will involve maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing a range of automated equipment and systems, with a focus on maximising equipment reliability and minimising downtime.

Key Responsibilities
