Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure environmental, health, safety, hygiene, and housekeeping compliance.
• Maintain electrical equipment in safe working order through maintenance programs.
• Lead rapid response activities to minimize downtime and reduce equipment stoppages.
• Drive root cause analysis and long-term solutions for recurring operational and equipment issues.
• Investigate repetitive downtime trends using plant and database systems.
• Provide 24/7 support to manufacturing operations, including out-of-hours assistance.
• Manage electrical team resources, staffing, training, apprentice development, absences, and holiday coverage.
• Control departmental budgets, evaluate quotations, and oversee electrical contractor performance.
• Support engineering projects from initiation through completion while ensuring risk assessments are maintained.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve plant objectives.

Work Environment

This role requires full on-site presence at our Waterford plant.

Hiring Rate

from 62,250-83,000EUR gross per month. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market benchmarks.

Bonus Plan

This position is eligible to participate in Ball’s annual incentive compensation program.
