Clear. is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager for a major mission-critical construction project in Ireland. You will lead all on-site electrical activities from pre-mobilisation through to commissioning and handover.

The role requires a recognised electrical apprenticeship or trade certificate, at least 5 years of site management experience in electrical projects over €5 million, and strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on safety and schedule adherence.

Electrical Site Manager

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to join a major mission-critical construction project in Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional with a strong electrical background and proven experience managing large-scale Electrical Design & Build projects.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for all on-site electrical activities, overseeing the project from pre-mobilisation through to commissioning and final demobilisation, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all on-site electrical activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee pre-mobilisation, installation, testing, commissioning and demobilisation activities.
• Coordinate electrical subcontractors, site teams and other project stakeholders.
• Ensure works are delivered in accordance with project specifications, drawings and programme requirements.
• Monitor project progress, quality standards, productivity and resource allocation.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety across all site operations.
• Identify and resolve technical and operational issues to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Work closely with the wider project management and engineering teams to achieve key milestones.
• Ensure all electrical works are completed to the required standards and ready for commissioning and handover.

Requirements

• Recognised Electrical Apprenticeship or relevant Electrical Trade Certificate.
• Minimum of 5 years' Site Management experience within the electrical sector.
• Proven experience managing Electrical Design & Build projects valued in excess of €5 million.
• Previous experience working on mission-critical construction projects is essential.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and manage site activities within a fast-paced construction environment.
• Strong understanding of electrical installation, project delivery and site health and safety requirements.
