Job summary

Clear. is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager for a major mission-critical construction project in Ireland. You will lead all on-site electrical activities from pre-mobilisation through to commissioning and handover.

The role requires a recognised electrical apprenticeship or trade certificate, at least 5 years of site management experience in electrical projects over €5 million, and strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on safety and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• Recognised electrical apprenticeship or trade certificate is required.
• Minimum 5 years' site management experience in electrical sector.
• Proven experience managing Electrical Design & Build projects valued over €5 million.
• Experience on mission-critical construction projects is essential.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all on-site electrical activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee pre-mobilisation, installation, testing, commissioning and demobilisation activities.
• Coordinate electrical subcontractors, site teams and project stakeholders.
• Ensure works align with drawings, specifications and programme requirements.
• Monitor progress, quality standards, productivity and resource allocation.
• Maintain high health and safety standards across site operations.
• Identify and resolve technical and operational issues for smooth delivery.
• Work with project management and engineering teams to hit milestones.
• Ensure electrical works are ready for commissioning and handover.
