Job summary

King And Moffatt in Ireland is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead large-scale projects from start to finish. You will collate submittals, manage RFIs, and oversee project plant and equipment delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating with main contractors and client site teams, maintaining weekly progress reports, and ensuring on-time delivery of project milestones. A construction/PM qualification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in an Electrical Project Manager or similar role.
• Successful track record of delivering large-scale projects.
• Qualification in Construction/Project Management is preferred.
• Experience of supervising teams.

Responsibilities

• Become familiar with all details and specifications of the project.
• Collate technical submittals and follow through until approval.
• Raise and manage RFIs and maintain labour tracker.
• Maintain weekly Progress Reports and manage changes/variations.
• Coordinate with main contractors and client site team.
• Oversee coordination and delivery of project plant and equipment.
• Ensure materials and programme plans are in place for project completion.
• Lead project-specific scheduling and ensure on-time delivery.

• Ultimately responsible for collating technical submittals ensuring they are issued, followed through until approval.
• Raise and manage RFI’s.
• Maintain Progress Report weekly, reporting and managing any changes/variations.
• Liaise with main contractors and the client-based site team
• Oversee coordination and delivery of project plant and equipment
• Ensure adequate materials are always available to complete the project.
• Ensure construction and commissioning programmes are in place for the job and implement the commission plan on site.
• Generate biweekly/monthly snag list and improvements.
• Manage K&M handover process and maintain K&M Document Management System.
• Meetings as required with Sub Contractors to ensure on time delivery.
• Attend general site meetings and action points raised.
• Communicate any innovative project specific works to Contracts Manager (R&D)
