Job summary

Glanua is seeking an experienced electrical site supervisor to lead installations for water and wastewater projects in the Munster region, initially based at the Eli Lilly Limerick site for 6–8 months.

You will deliver electrical design and construction for greenfield and brownfield works, supervise installation, commissioning, and handover, and coordinate with mechanical/civil teams while upholding HSQE standards and project budgets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar site supervisory or management role, or 5 years’ experience with a Level 7 Degree.
• Experience in the Water & Wastewater sector.
• Experience in a Pharmaceutical environment would be an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team in the delivery of projects, embracing a one-team culture.
• Ensure HSQE standards and procedures are followed on-site.
• Design works include compilation/review of listings, cable sizing, control panel drawings, and M&I listings.
• Procurement and management of panels, automation hardware/software, and MV works.
• Manage project budget, schedule, and variations; ensure FAT/SAT/ITRs are completed.
• Liaise with designers, suppliers, subcontractors, and site team; coordinate close-out and handover.

Level 7 Degree in Electrical/Automation Engineering or related engineering discipline
