Job summary

nbxTalent is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to join our Projects Division in a full-time permanent role. The successful candidate will be based mainly in the Dublin area but will travel nationwide to meet business needs, overseeing design, installation and delivery of projects with strict scheduling, resourcing and budgeting controls.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or electrical trade.
• Minimum 5 years' extensive experience in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Irish/EU work permit.
• Excellent time management with ability to meet deadlines.
• Proven leadership capabilities with strong commercial and financial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept to completion, defining technical requirements.
• Develop project plans with timeline, costs and resources while ensuring profitability.
• Establish and maintain relationships with client, suppliers and partners.
• Manage client concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Lead, develop and retain staff while delivering efficient service.
• Plan all resources including labour, materials and subcontractors.
• Manage procurement, pricing of contracts and tenders for projects.
• Coordinate activities of contracted personnel and third parties.
• Provide progress reports to management and ensure safety and quality standards.
