Job summary

Arcadis Ireland is seeking an experienced Contract Project Engineer to support a manufacturing site's engineering team. You will blend electrical engineering expertise with project delivery in a live manufacturing environment.

You will lead capital projects from conception through handover, coordinating design, procurement, construction and commissioning, and you will manage consultants, contractors and vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering capital projects from conception to handover.
• Ability to manage projects with limited supervision.
• Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Strong planning and cost-control capabilities.
• Experience with HV/LV systems up to 110 kV site projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver capital projects through all phases: design, procurement, construction, handover.
• Manage consultants, contractors and vendors throughout the lifecycle.
• Provide technical oversight and challenge proposals as the intelligent client.
• Ensure planning, cost control, governance and stakeholder management.
• Support live-site installations, shutdowns and commissioning.
• Work on process manufacturing, utilities, packaging and electrical infrastructure projects.
