Job summary

Brightpath Recruitment seeks an Electrical Project Manager for Dublin City or South Dublin (Drundrum) to lead high-rise MEP delivery on landmark residential and commercial developments. You’ll coordinate design teams, subcontractors and site teams to ensure timely, safe, and quality outcomes.

High-profile projects and relocation support are offered, with a clear path for career progression within a Tier 1 contractor, plus a vehicle or allowance and CPD with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree or trade qualification in Building Services / M&E / Electrical.
• 7+ years’ MEP coordination experience.
• Main contractor experience preferred (residential/commercial).

Responsibilities

• Manage full MEP delivery from pre-construction to commissioning
• Coordinate design teams, subcontractors, and site delivery
• Ensure safe, high-quality installation and project execution
• Monitor programme progress and resolve technical issues
