Job summary

Jones Engineering is seeking an Electrical Engineer in Ireland to join our project development and implementation teams. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary group to drive milestones, produce reports, and coordinate with stakeholders.

Applicants should have at least 2 years in a similar role, strong MS Office skills, and experience with Revit/AutoCAD; we support CPD and career progression toward Chartered status.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
• Experience in Revit, AutoCAD or Trimble/Amtech is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Project Manager on progress, risks and issues.
• Analyse supplier information for design alignment.
• Review schematics and GA plans against project specs.
• Design reviews and validation of equipment and systems.
• Prepare technical submittals, RFIs, equipment registers.
• Analyze design documents and identify scope gaps.
• Review on-site quality for handover readiness.
