Job summary

Avonmore Electrical Co. Ltd in Ireland is seeking a highly motivated Electrical Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on streamlining, developing, and implementing processes to boost operational efficiency and reliability.

You will work with maintenance, workshop staff and suppliers to optimise workflows, support procurement activities, and liaise with customers. The successful candidate will contribute to continuous improvement across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Electrical Engineering (certificate, diploma or degree) required.
• Basic electrical background.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of LEAN methodologies and process optimisation.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently or in a team, with respect to timeframes.
• Proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent record keeping with internal record keeping systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyse current workflows and identify efficiency improvements.
• Work with maintenance and workshop staff to optimise equipment reliability.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of components.
• Liaise with customers.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
