Job summary

CJK Engineering is seeking an Electrical Contracts Manager to lead multiple projects from initiation through handover. You will manage a team of trades and managers, ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards, and maintain client and contractor relationships on site.

The role requires strong project management, planning, and electrical design experience, with a focus on cost control, timelines, and effective communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar role with contract / site management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are delivered to specifications and industry standards.
• Manage multiple projects to completion and lead a team of trade and managerial staff.
• Plan work to meet milestones and completion dates.
• Oversee financial management and cost-to-completion forecasting.
• Manage Sub Contractors and direct labour; supervise site activities for contract compliance.
• Attend project meetings and produce weekly progress reports.
• Build relationships with clients, contractors and subcontractors on site.
• Assist pre-construction in developing electrical packages and support commercial/procurement teams.
