Job summary

Dawn Meats Kildare is recruiting an Electrical Apprentice to join our Maintenance team in Kildare town. You will be trained in electrical and mechanical installations as part of the seven-phase apprenticeship program.

Off-the-job training is provided by SOLAS and the Department of Education and Science, while on-the-job training occurs on site with the Dawn Meats Kildare Maintenance team.

Qualifications

• Minimum educational qualifications include Leaving Certificate with maths and a science or engineering subject.
• Experience of a pre-apprenticeship course is advantageous.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to work in a team.
