Job summary

Diageo's Littleconnell Brewery in Ireland seeks a senior professional to lead food safety and quality audit programs. You will drive readiness for FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001, develop audit programmes, and oversee HACCP/TACCP/VACCP stewardship across the site.

You'll bring 5+ years in food manufacturing, HACCP leadership, and internal auditor qualifications, ensuring regulatory and customer audits are successful while embedding a culture of safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Food Science, Food Safety, Quality Assurance or a related field.
• HACCP Team Leader certification.
• Internal Auditor Qualification covering FSSC 22000 and ISO 9001.
• 5+ years' experience in a food, beverage, pharmaceutical or FMCG manufacturing environment.
• Experience maintaining a certified Food Safety Management System such as FSSC 22000 or ISO 9001.
• Experience participating in external certification audits and customer audits.
• Experience leading HACCP reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead readiness for FSSC 22000 certification and surveillance audits.
• Develop and maintain food safety audit programmes and procedures.
• Lead HACCP, TACCP and VACCP programmes for ongoing compliance.
• Support governance systems underpinning food safety compliance.
• Promote a strong culture of food safety in routine operations.
• Assist with audits and continuous improvement within quality management systems.
